It was quite by accident that I found/contacted Joy Desmond and it was the best thing that could have happened at the time/circumstances. Having recently lost my wife of 58 years, I needed to downsize from a 4 bedroom, 3 car garage house to a 2 bedroom apartment closer to my son. Joy listed my house on 27 October and we closed on 20 December. . It selling as quickly as it did, even with interest rates having jumped to over 7% is, in my opinion, a direct result of Joy having gotten my house listed nationally via the Caldwell System plus her aggressiveness.
