Before choosing Lourdes Torres as my realtor, we had one already working for us but we were not getting a lot showings , despite open houses and advertisement. We got some possible but never an offer worth considering. My wife and I sat down with Lourdes at our home. We spoke about her experience and the company's way of doing business. She answered our questions in great detail and clarity, presenting us with data about the homes they sell, how long they stay on the market, and showing us info on comps in the area. We were worried about other homes for sale in our neighborhood and the area in general, which were of the same floor plan and price range within the subdivision and outside of it as well. Lourdes put us at ease and made it sound easy, she ran many open houses and the company provided great advertisement. She even brought a professional to give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. And all of this, in the middle of a pandemic. We are very pleased with her work ethics and performance. Now we are just waiting for our new home to be built.
