Hands down 1 of the best Realtors in Florida!! I’ve worked with Nivia on both the buyer & seller side; both times she delivered! She’s very knowledgeable about the market, provides consistent communication & professionalism.

Mrs. Carter is a dedicated, conscientious, professional realtor. It took a year to sell my home, because of a lull in the market. Her kindness and knowledge of the market kept me sane. Since I lived out of town, Mrs. Carter would check on my house on a regular basis for me, outside of regular client showings. She was a God-send to me...I could not make the closing on my house. Mrs. Carter handled my portion of the closing...I trust her that much. I am grateful for her caring, considerate and trustworthy character.

Although my husband and I were a bit nervous about selling our home and buying a new home, we were so blessed to snag Kristin as our realtor. She was honest, up front and always had our best interest in mind. She has an amazing team and updated us regularly throughout the process.
