Most importantly, once I got all the financial information required of me to Elizabeth, she took care of ALL negotiations with my loan processor and banking institutions, so that I never had to have any direct contact with any of them. She stopped the harassing calls from collectors and kept me posted on the progress of my short sale every step of the way through the process. Elizabeth was on top of everything, easy to reach and quick to answer any questions I had, so I never had to worry one bit. I was amazed how quickly she was able to take me from certain foreclosure, to being out from under a mountain of crushing debt. I can't wait to use her services again when it's time to buy my next home!

Daniel and his team did an amazing job right from the start. They secured handymen, stagers and painters to get my house ready to sell and sold it the day it went on the market. Daniel was at the house with his team when the handyman came to make repairs, he was there when the designers staged the house and took care of everything so we didn't have to. It was a great relief and help since we were already moving into our new home. We didn't have to lift a finger except to meet and sign for the sale of the house.
