I would have to say that going with this agency what's the smartest decision I could have made . I had previously spoken with remax and several other local agents in my area and the advice I was given by them I'm sure was sound if I had wanted to invest money, wait and find the right buyer, which could have perhaps taken months but God forbid years. instead I chose Carl it's a different kind of agency they can market your property in a much broader area, he is an amazing person ,as an agent I could not have asked for anyone more professional, more considerate of my needs more willing to give his time without my even asking to get me an amazing deal ,almost 10,000 off on the property that I bought with the money that I got from the property he's sold for me at 2000 above what I was asking !!!!! I would rate this agency 6 stars ,heck let's give them 10 Stars. Thank You Team Gresen

From the moment Toni first met with my husband and myself and made her detailed presentation, we were impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and personality. As we explained to her, this would be an estate sale of my late parents home, requiring myself and my 2 sisters to agree on every aspect of the process; sale price, contract terms, expenditures to make the home sale ready, offer negotiations, closing process, document signing, etc. etc. Three siblings to all agree? Not easy but Toni exuded patience throughout. Compounding this 3 person involvement was the fact that I live in Pinellas county, one sister lives in PA and my other sister lives in Japan (13 hours ahead of us). When we informed Toni that she was our choice out of the 5 agents we interviewed she immediately went to work setting us up with the ability to electronically sign the documents needed throughout the process. This was crucial, given the need to respond very quickly once we entered negotiations with the buyer and the large time difference between my one sister in Japan. Toni was even once online with my sister at midnight as it was 1PM the next day in Japan. From start to finish the sale only took about 5 weeks and I think in this market 3 months is not uncommon. I was very pleased with Toni on all levels and without reservation would recommend her to become your agent.

Tracy was outstanding with our real estate needs. She kept us well informed of new properties that we were interested in and we timed the purchase perfectly. Very detail oriented and business savvy with the negotiations. This is the 2nd time we’ve worked with Tracy. Highly recommended.
