My wife and I were ready to sell our home in Tampa but didn’t want to pay the 6% realtor fee so we seen ads for flat fee listings and I called Wendy Smith to get more information on the flat fee listing process and she explained everything to us so Wendy put the listing description on the MLS for us and during the process answered all our questions we had. All calls about the property goes to my wife or myself. So when realtors called to show it to a client we put a lock box on the front door for them to show it and we left the house until they were done it was so easy. How we did the realtor fee was Wendy got $150 up front and $350 at closing that was her fee from the beginning and so in the listing we would pay 2% of the selling price at closing so we sold for $369000 so 2% of that was $7380 so Wendy got her $350 from that and selling realtor got $7030 that’s all we had to pay. If we did 6% it would of cost us $22140 so we saved $14760 by going with Wendy Smith. My wife and I would highly recommend her.
