How we did the realtor fee was Wendy got $150 up front and $350 at closing that was her fee from the beginning and so in the listing we would pay 2% of the selling price at closing so we sold for $369000 so 2% of that was $7380 so Wendy got her $350 from that and selling realtor got $7030 that’s all we had to pay.
