We didn’t realize just how important her connections would be, given that we were selling a house in Florida while living in New York. Roseann acted as a general contractor to hire a her contacts with a roofer, a handyman, a painter, an HVAC contractor, a pool repairman, an electrician, a golf cart salesperson, and a team of gardeners in order to get the house in a like new condition and find a buyer and take care of anything noted from the buyers inspection - all of her connections charged half of what I expected.
