We have had the privilege to work with Selma on the sale of three of our properties. Our experience started when she came in to save us on a flip after moving on from our current realtor. Selma actively searched for interested buyers literally pulling people through our property. She was able to get more eyes on the property in two weeks then we had the first two and a half months with another realtor. In the end, she found a buyer that was willing to pay full asking. The success continued on the next two sells in a slow market in the Tampa area. We sold both homes at full asking at a price mark that challenged the current market. Selma just continued to go above and beyond throughout the process and has a personality that makes people want to gravitate to her. During each process she proved she understood the market and area inside and out and was able to continually pull in qualified buyers. She is not a realtor that sits back and lets the apps do the work. Selma gives it her all every day. You will not be disappointed using Selma as a realtor.

Was in constant updates. Overlooked property as her own . Couldn’t ask for better realtor.

Scott Skare has been absolutely the best of the best! He worked me every step of my home purchase journey, answering my questions and communicating status frequently. We truly had an effective partnership through my journey. He used his vast network to schedule a great home inspector quickly and provided helpful recommendations for electricians, plumbers, and HVAC specialists. It was truly a joy to work with Scott. You won’t find a more dedicated agent to work with. I highly recommend Scott for all of your real estate needs.
