As soon as I met Honesty I felt like we were kindred spirits. She went above and beyond to help us navigate a sale but the sellers were just not interested in doing what was right. She didn’t force us into looking at properties just to get us in a house after that sale went south. She completely understood our needs and our style. More than once we contacted each other at the same time on a house that just pooped up on the market. With our relocating from Minnesota we weren’t able to come down to look at one house we really liked. She did a virtual showing and from that plus her inspection of things we cared about, we made an offer. We trusted her implicitly to make an offer without seeing the house in person.
