Dana was a pleasure to work with, even when I changed my requirements ( a few times) she was on the ball finding suitable homes to look at. When it came time for the inspections, she was very thorough, making notes, and following up on them. I appreciated all the help I could get!

During the closing process they were helpful in determining a closing agent. The closing went very smooth and the whole process was very smooth.

It was my wife and I's first time shopping for a home. It took us a very very long time to decide on the one we wanted and Christine was there the whole journey. She asked the sellers questions I wouldn't even know to ask, communicated very thoroughly and was just a great advocate for us.

She has an unusually sharp eye for the physical side of homes (structure, mechanics, the things that matter especially in older houses) and became a genuine thought partner as we evaluated properties. She also knew exactly when to offer her perspective and when to let us work through our own thinking, which is a harder skill than it sounds. When we couldn't be on-site during the closing process, she was there for us every step of the way. Couldn't have pulled it off without here and becasue of that, we left the process feeling informed and confident in our decision!
