Nikki saw multiple homes took video and looked for our level of detail and expectations in a new home. We put in multiple offers on multiple homes and due to market circumstances, we were outbid. As a team we regrouped, put together a strategy and we were able to successfully pen an offer. Nikki provided us with a level of support through inspections, walk-throughs, and all the necessary items that needed to be tended to. So when I say she went above and beyond, I truly meant it. Nikki is a true hustler and a hard worker. I would recommend her to all my friends and family who are looking to purchase a home.
