Ge-Ge was so great to work with when buying my first home! She knew the area really well and was so patient with me when I kept thinking of millions of questions. Buying a house, especially for the first time, is such an overwhelming experience and she was so willing to talk me through things and explain things multiple times. I definitely felt that I could call her at anytime, with any question, and my call would be answered with a smile and a knowledgeable answer (even if I asked the question before, I just couldn't remember). Not only did she help me find possible homes, she helped me find mortgage companies, insurance companies, and anything else needed when buying a house. I would definitely recommend working with her when buying your first home! I can't wait to buy my next home so we can work together again!

I would like to express my opinion of the realty service provided me by Connie Sample. My process in buying my home took about 4 months. I found my first candidate house at an open house. At that point, Connie started working with me by submitting my bid for this house. When the seller did not accept our bid, Connie joined me in looking for other candidate houses. It took some time before I was able to refine my search criteria so that I could find the quality of house, in an area that I liked, for a price that I could pay. Connie was very helpful in helping me be realistic about the appropriate criteria that I should consider. Since I work weekdays, Connie cheerfully accepted my need to drive an hour to a far corner of the Tampa Bay area several times to see houses weeknights, even in the dark. When our efforts to complete the purchase of a second house did not materialize, Connie continued giving good advice and answering my questions from her knowledge of the real estate business. Connie's advice was invaluable in arranging for the many house inspections, and responding to the actions made necessary as a result of the inspections.
