Jack Keller Real Estate has managed my rental property for many years (since 2001) and I have complete trust and confidence in them. They find good tenants, take prompt action when repairs are needed to the property, and respond in a timely manner if I have questions or concerns.

From the beginning of the selling process Micheal was able to answer all our questions. Selling a home can be very stressful, but not with mike. He was on top of his game, surprisingly ahead of me. He was available to coordinate all work such as painting, repairs and cleaning. When I I felt overwhelmed he was quick to pick up the phone and get things done promptly and even oversee any work being done. He always respected our property by doing touch ups if needed and keeping our thermostat adjusted where we requested. Mike went above and beyond what I expected. This year I was ready to sell my first home and after meeting Roxana I just knew I would have a good experience. Not only is she professional and exceedingly kind she is also so knowledgeable about the process and was a pro at facilitating and explaining the things I didnt understand (which was a lot). She was available for any question and was so responsive which I was so grateful for. I work overnights which makes my schedule a bit strange and she still made it work around her busy schedule.
