Sale went fine. Open houses were well organized and attended. Setting the price in this market was difficult. Kristy was at showings to support sale. Overall a success. Road to closing was rough. Buyer and buyers agent continually asked for more threatening to walk constantly. She had to defend and stuck with it. Overall- would use her again.

We used Heather while looking at potential houses in the area. She took the time to research different houses that were to our liking and needs.
