Colleen encouraged us to have her help sell our condo . We at first were trying to sell it ourselves and almost did, but she assured us she could help us do better. After we listed with her she had a buyer in 2 days with a considerable profit to us even after paying the realtor and closing fees. She was very knowledgeable about the market and our condo. She kept us in touch every step of the way and worked with the buyer to have a smooth and prompt closing. We would definitely use her again for any of our real estate needs. Thank you Colleen!
