We have known Patrick for over 12 years now. Like us, he is a transplanted Bostonian. Back then he helped us with the purchase of our first Florida property, a condo in St Pete. Prices back then were super low, and Patrick worked with us through the process of bidding on multiple units before we were successful on one. His commission was paltry, but he worked diligently regardless. Over the years whenever we had questions on possibly renting or selling our unit, he was always there to assist us through the process. Being the owner of multiple properties here in Florida gives him a unique and much valued perspective. This year we wanted to make the move to Florida as our principle residence. Patrick was there to patiently and professionally assist us through each step in the journey. We ended up buying a triplex in Gulfport, not only a great location, but a great community that fits us well. He is now helping us rent our old condo, and find a new tenant for one of the units at our new place. I mentioned to Patrick that him dealing with real estate clients is much like dealing with Bridezillas. We oftentimes were off the wall. But Patrick always showed us great respect and professionalism over this journey. We wouldn't be where we are now without his guidance. My wife Kathy and I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone who is looking for a real real estate professional, rather than just a salesman driven by the commission.
