She is highly skilled at customer service and her knowledge and professionalism cannot be matched. She answered all of my questions instantly off the top of her head and was willing to visit several homes with me during my weekends at home so I could and have found the best Home to suit my needs and budget. Any Military Veteran who does not call Kelly Jamruk will be making a huge mistake. She's the best.

Bogan was so patient with me, and he kept in touch regularly so I wasn't nervous. We looked at quite a few houses and found the best one for me. He really knows the Tampa Bay market because he has lived here all his life and he stays involved and up to date. He also understands the legal jargon because both of his parents are lawyers, and he has learned a lot from them. I recommend him to my friends all the time. He can be truested.

Susan helped me when I bought the property in 2003, and sorted every single thing for me...from getting a mortgage, to opening a bank account etc etc. I am from the UK so needed her guidance. The service I received was excellent, so when I decided to sell the house in 2020 I hoped and prayed that Susan's business was still operating in these challenging times....luckily, and to my relief I was able to use Susan again. Susan and her team went the 'extra mile' to secure a sale very quickly, and when the first sale fell through at the last minute Susan found another buyer very quickly and arranged for some fairly significant issues to be sorted out with the house to satisfy the buyers bank (as per the inspection report). Without Susan's prompt action...and always with a positive attitude, I am sure the house sale would not have gone through. Every aspect of my dealings with Susan have been excellent, with me always being 100% up to date on the status of the sale. Nothing was too much trouble for Susan and her team...and when the first sale fell through, Susan's positive attitude picked me up at a low point of the process. If i could give 6 stars out of 5 I would !!!
