We are a couple in our 60’s and 70’s. The winters in both places we were living became intolerable! Between Denver, London and Indiana we were done with snow and grey skies. We ventured to this area and were introduced to Niel Allen, who provided the most top notch service and communication. It took well over a year of hunting around the St Pete area until we found an absolute gem of a house. It will be our main residence and we had a lot of specifics/wishes for our dream home. Niel was available around the clock when we were living in London, sending viable listings and hopping on the phone to discuss options and help us become more familiar with the neighborhoods we were drawn to. We have started moving in and Niel is continuing to provide help with finding local service providers or any other questions we have. Between the two of us we’ve bought and sold over 10 homes collectively. Nothing came close to working with Niel!

Brian was phenomenal to work with and he found me the perfect home. I relocated from North Carolina and his efforts made my move so much easier, eliminated most of my stress, and he went above and beyond. He was always easy to get a hold of and proactively guided me through every step of the process. Thank you Brian for making things happen!

Elizabeth helped me through the tedious process of the short sale of my condo and helped me avoid an ugly bankruptcy on my credit score. She worked with me to quickly find a buyer who would honor my current tenant's lease agreement with me and avoid any hassle with them. Most importantly, once I got all the financial information required of me to Elizabeth, she took care of ALL negotiations with my loan processor and banking institutions, so that I never had to have any direct contact with any of them. She stopped the harassing calls from collectors and kept me posted on the progress of my short sale every step of the way through the process. Elizabeth was on top of everything, easy to reach and quick to answer any questions I had, so I never had to worry one bit. I was amazed how quickly she was able to take me from certain foreclosure, to being out from under a mountain of crushing debt. I can't wait to use her services again when it's time to buy my next home!
