Teri helped us a lot buying our condo from out if state. She called or texted me almost every day. Helping us through every step of the purchase. She even called me the morning she was having surgery. She made it easy to understand. She is very dedicated and trustworthy. It was a pleasure working with her. We now consider her a friend. I look forward to spending time here in Florida and will be referring her to several friends interested in moving to the area.

Long was empathic, caring, and always put my feelings first. He made sure I was comfortable with each and every decision I had to make, he was able to arrange all transactions by electronic signatures from home. Mark helped me sell our property in Five Towns. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest about the selling process. Since I live out of state, I was only able to be there for part of the process. Mark was amazing with communication and help with the contract and paperwork for the sale. It was a very smooth transaction process. Also, when we listed the property, he was very available and showed the property several times in the first couple days, which led to it being under contract within days! I would definitely use Mark again as a realtor and recommend him highly.

Loida made my experience of buying a property so much easier than it could have been. Besides being professional, she is very personable and obviously cares about her clients wanting to make their experience as positive as possible. Her attention to detail, communication skills and knowledge made a difficult transaction much easier. Loida was always available to answer any questions I had and to follow-up with the lender or other realtor when necessary. She is excellent at what she does and I would happily use her services again.
