Melody was totally involved in acquiring the evaxact property I wanted! She was totally involved and caring with all phases of the purchase of my new propoty!

Luda turned out to be my lucky star in my recent adventure of purchasing a condo in St. Petersburg. I reached out to Luda after finding her on the internet and from the very first conversation was very impressed with her kindness and professionalism. I was very new to the area, so Luda took time to guide me through city details and recommendations. Luda understood my needs very well and her search results and recommendations were all spot on. She even adjusted her personal plans in the last minute to show us additional condo’s, one of which we ended up buying. While usually I am the one monitoring the progress and checking in with everyone involved, in this case, Luda was always one step ahead of me, always proactive and on top of things. She shared recommendation for the mortgage broker, inspector and other services that needed in the process. Since I was not in the city, she took extra time to communicate with Condo property manager to get things moving. In addition to high professionalism, she showed personal care for her new clients. Her work ethics and commitment are outstanding. We feel that we found a new friend in St. Petersburg. I highly recommend Luda for real estate services in St. Petersburg and surrounding areas. Thank you very much. Luda for your care, warmth, professionalism and service with the smile.

I had Ken as an agent in the buying and then selling process, I wouldn't have anyone else. Simply...Ken gets into it and exceeds my expectations. Bought a condo through him in 2014 and he sold it for me this year.
