From our first engagement through to the closing Melody was engaged all along the way. Melody was very knowledgeable with regard to the local market conditions. This helped us with understanding how our property stacked up against other properties on our area. With this knowledge we were able to make decisions with regard to painting, staging and other work to be completed before we listed our property in order to be competitive in our market and desired price point. Melody helped us engage with local contractors and scheduling in order to get us great service and quick turnaround times. We did most of this remotely, so Melody was key in working with us to provide access to our property to have all the required work completed. Melody was always very responsive to our questions and took the time to make sure that we understood exactly what was going on. We communicated via text messages, emails and phone which made it easy for us to always be on top of things. In the end we got the price that we wanted, and the closing went smoothly. We would recommend Melody's services to our family and friends, or anyone requiring a realtor in her covered areas.
