When things got complicated and we got a little down, Rodger always kept us on track and in a positive frame of mind, giving us the confidence that we were going to find the right home at the right price. Rodger’s expertise and market knowledge showed on discussions related to flood zones, architecture style, construction type, permitting, and several aspects the typical home buyer should know before purchasing but may never think to ask or even understand. Rodger attended every meeting, inspection, or anything necessary or not even necessary, and was there early and ready for business. He has contacts and resources for any and everything related to the home buying and ownership process and to my experience they are all quality professionals as well.
