They are the best realtor group. You get three for the price of one. They work hard for us to negotiate a great deal to sell and buy our home. They are the best and always did a great job for us.

Jeanne is an absolute pleasure to work with! She is very knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. Jeanne also goes the extra step as she helped us both purchase and sale our home. This was also my first experience with a realtor who actually had a professional photographer with lighting come in to take pictures which turned out phenomenal and led to us selling our home on the first day! I only wish we could have taken her with us since we moved out of state.

Hien Truong is a great agent that we can recommed to any frends.

Our last property transaction in February was our 8th with Cathy and The Seaside Real Estate Store in Indian Rocks Beach. We are preparing to close on our 9th property in the next 60 days. ( Four of these being multi-million dollar luxury properties) Why just Cathy? Because Cathy is highly detail oriented and she makes sure everything is in perfect order, from the paperwork, "things to do " lists, due diligence, dealing with vendors, warranty issues, coordinating with title companies and virtually every detail of the purchase or sale so it goes smoothly. We've grown to trust Cathy like family and we know we are in good hands every step of the way. She is a tower of information, loyal to her clients and nothing gets by her. She's never let us down. Trust me on this, if Cathy is your agent, rest assured you will not disappointed. She is simply the best. Nine transactions with the same agent tells you everything you need to know.
