I can say a lot of things great about Gary. But to sum it all up. he great at what he do,any decision you want to make,that probably can hurt you later he’ll tell you to make sure you don’t make that decision.. basically he work in your best interest hands-down

Where to start with Mr. Mazen Daoud? From the very beginning Mr. Mazen showed a dedication to his work that went above and beyond our expectations. From the beginning, we were able to fully trust his judgement, expertise, experience, and knowledge in all steps of the selling process. He consistently updated us through the process of fixing up our property, working within a workable budget, and treated our property as if it were his own. We were out of state for some time, so he brought us the best lawn care and pool maintenance people he could find (at a reasonable price). If he was unhappy with the work of the painters, or when the handyman made a mistake, he made sure they redid the work to our his and our satisfaction . When a buyer came, he made sure that we got the best deal possible (despite difficult market circumstances for sellers), and guided us through the entire process (from inspection to post-inspection and through the signing process). Key to these relationships is trust, and Mr. Mazen cared for us like family throughout the entire thing. I could not recommend a better real estate agent than him!
