Tonya went into action and marketed the lot to sell. During the process she always kept me informed of offers and marketing trends. What I loved the most was she was always honest and had my best interest at heart. She put in so much time in effort for my rinky-dink lot that I would tell her not to worry about it and she would say “Every client is treated the same – no matter what”. We decided to sell our house earlier this year and contacted Andrea to learn about the process. She checked out our house and gave us a list of recommendations about what to do in order to have a quick sale and get the most value back. We spent some time getting our house ready to list and had great communication with Andrea and her team through that stretch. When we had the house empty and ready, she and her team came out and took pictures and got it ready to list (shout out to Alexandria on taking great pictures and getting a listing together that really captured the essence of how we’ve seen our home through all the years we enjoyed it!). Although they’re the experts in realty, Andrea was down to earth and open to some ideas that we had in terms of pricing and the write up, which was nice. She also deferred to us on some important decisions regarding negotiations with the buyers, but gave us guidance when we needed it. When we finally posted the property on the mls, we got an offer in 8 days, and then closed in about 40 days, for full asking price. We couldn’t have imagined our sale going any smoother and would highly recommend Andrea and her team for your real estate needs.

Was always very polite with prospective buyers and at the same time could display being persuasive to the positive points of buying my place. Did great in a very difficult market with his experience in Mediation, to get the sale done with both myself the seller and buyer being very pleased with the outcome. Let me first say that our home buying process wes long. Not because of Johanna but because we changed what we wanted a number of times. We did not know if we should buy a family home or a townhome. We went back and forth on our location a number of times. Weather it would be one story or two. What would be the square the foot One car garage or two. Johanna had to go through a lot dealing with us, but through it all she at no time became frustrated and was always very helpful giving excellent suggestions. Our home was being built from the ground up in the midst Pandemic, supply chain issues,like lack of wood, window screens and paint and shortage of skilled laborers. Johnna took us to see as many homes as we wanted. and stayed with us through the one year process. She would call in to see how we are doing which made us feel that we were not alone. Even now, as we are still setting into our now home, she is continuing to be very helpful. All in allI would highly recommend her to anyone who's looking for property
