We were visiting the Port Charlotte area to get familiar with the different subdivisions and the area in general. We spent several days visiting and calling on different vacant lots and houses. Cindy was the only agent who returned our calls. We asked her to put us on an email list with properties that would meet our criteria. She did so and we began receiving lists of available properties immediately. Cindy was very patient in answering any of our questions and taking steps to find out information that she didn't already have. Cindy knew going into working with us that we weren't necessarily in a hurry to buy and that this could be a lengthy process. She was great thru the entire thing. It turned out that we bought a vacant lot fairly quickly. Cindy was great thru the title/closing process and actually re-wrote some things in the purchase agreement to give us additional protections. We are not finished in the Port Charlotte area and will continue to use Cindy when we can.

Theodis was great to work with! His communication was excellent throughout the entire transaction, and he made the process easy from start to finish. Overall, a very smooth experience, and I look forward to working with Theodis on many more transactions!

Janelle is an excellent agent with lots of experience. Extremely knowledgeable of the housing market and negotiates well for her clients. She is an effective communicator in achieving her clients wishes in finding their dream home.

Josh was great from the start and I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and diligence. Even though we knew he was very busy, my wife and I felt like we were his only clients each time we went go to see property and speak with him the phone. He was always available if we had questions or inquiries about new properties. We currently live in a fantastic home the he found before we even saw it ourselves. He is an awesome negotiator and faithful man. We have already been recommending him to my friends and family and we plan on using him in the future whenever we decide to sell.

Jennifer is professional, very knowledgeable of both her craft and the market, and is truly willing to go the extra mile, especially in working with difficult buyers. Actually, Jennifer helped us with the purchase of our new home and then assisted in helping us listing and selling our previous home. We had not sold a home in 30 years, but Jennifer walked us through every step we needed to follow , not only and helping us understand what we needed to prepare our home for selling, but also helping us once we got a contract in negotiations, and then working with bit of a difficult to please buyer. We can’t say enough about Jennifer Clark and the assistance she can bring to any buyer or seller of a property. It is my understanding that she also can assist someone in renting their property, and I’m sure that she does a professional job of that as well.

Give them the opportunity to work for you , you will be 100 % satisfied. Very down to earth, very responsible and respectful

Noelle and Carmello were fantastic. Noelle seriously went above and beyond for us on this home buying adventure. She has been there every step of the way and has even been an amazing resource after the transaction was complete. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!
