Josh was great from the start and I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and diligence. Even though we knew he was very busy, my wife and I felt like we were his only clients each time we went go to see property and speak with him the phone. He was always available if we had questions or inquiries about new properties. We currently live in a fantastic home the he found before we even saw it ourselves. He is an awesome negotiator and faithful man. We have already been recommending him to my friends and family and we plan on using him in the future whenever we decide to sell.
