Michael Faust was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. From the initial meeting, he came out of his way to meet with us & learn our expectations. Mike was easy to talk to & very engaging. He has a million stories and really has a lot of good insider info on the Bay Area real estate landscape. Mike is incredibly responsive to his clients and had no qualms about getting us into dozens of properties, despite numerous obstacles presented by the whole COVID debacle. He was a formidable negotiator & in many instances got us either the 1st or only viewing on some properties. He is keen on valuations and great at providing timely tips for saving time or money during the buying process. From insurance, to inspections, to loan applications Mike was our point man, keeping us in the know at all times. We were absolutely uncompromising on our search for a home & Mike never waivered. A great facilitator & dependable agent; you won’t find better anywhere in Tampa than Michael Faust.

I met Jill through my best friend who moved to Tampa 5 years ago. My husband and I decided to relocate from NYC a year ago and Jill advised us what rental buildings to look at. I happen to have very exacting standards and found a really great apartment thanks to her. We then decided to buy a townhome and Jill was our first call. She completely understood what neighborhood, how may bedrooms and what would be the best fit for us. We bought within 5 days of looking in December 2019 and we closed February 2020. She walked us through every step of the process and was a 100% advocate for us. We are so very happy in our new home! Jill is our go to for anything in Tampa even now. She is the type of professional you want by your side for these big life changing decisions.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I'd definitely do it. I've dealt with quite a few real estate agents before and non can compare to the professionalism of Jacky. From knowing nothing about the real estate market in Florida, Jacky spent time explaining everything to me patiently over the phone. When I went down to Florida, Jacky spent 3 whole days with me and my wife looking at houses. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of the process. He was also very good in setting up our house for lease (rented out in 8 days.) If you are looking for an agent down in the Orlando/Tampa area, you can't go wrong with Jacky. I'd definitely go back to him again when I'm buying more properties.
