He was a formidable negotiator & in many instances got us either the 1st or only viewing on some properties. He is keen on valuations and great at providing timely tips for saving time or money during the buying process. From insurance, to inspections, to loan applications Mike was our point man, keeping us in the know at all times. We were absolutely uncompromising on our search for a home & Mike never waivered.
