We started the the process of selling our home in early 2025 in Riverview, FL. It had been over 19 years since we entered this arena of selling and buying a home. The added circumstances of relocating out of state played a significant part in the process. Bridget stepped in and guided us step-by-step from cradle to grave. Jennifer is professional, very knowledgeable of both her craft and the market, and is truly willing to go the extra mile, especially in working with difficult buyers. Actually, Jennifer helped us with the purchase of our new home and then assisted in helping us listing and selling our previous home. We had not sold a home in 30 years, but Jennifer walked us through every step we needed to follow , not only and helping us understand what we needed to prepare our home for selling, but also helping us once we got a contract in negotiations, and then working with bit of a difficult to please buyer.
