For every showing she went to the home to turn on lights, open blinds/shades, and ensured the property was prepared for excellent showing. After each showing, she went back to the home to turn off lights, close blinds/shades, and ensure the house was securely locked up. Cythia excelled at contacting prospective buyer’s agent and communicating feedback to us. She has outstanding negotiating skills. She thoroughly explained all costs and closing procedures when the house sold.
