Working with her has been the best real estate transaction experience I've been apart of. Her skills as a realtor are second to none, her valuation of the home was spot on, her ability to assess the intangible value of the house was amazing; because of her we were able to execute an offer and get accepted on the first day. She took care of all the negotiations with the other party for us and truly put our best interest at the forefront of her mindset. The paperwork was seamless and I did not have to be stressed whatsoever as Lee Anna handled everything and she proved to me very early on that she had the capability to do so. Charles helped make the home-buying experience virtually stress-free. He is helpful and thorough and made sure to bring up any details that could potentially be an issue, for instance when I put in my deposit for the home, he let me know that I had 30 days to get my deposit back but that after those 30 days, the lender could potentially keep it even if the deal fell through. That’s something I didn’t know and was grateful to find out before making the decision. I will happily refer Charles to my friends and family, and if I decide to sell my home and get a new home in the future, I will absolutely work with him again!
