Nancy was wonderful to work with through the process of selling my mother's home in Sun City Center FL. She kept me informed along the way and answered a million questions I had. Also not being from FL I wasn't aware of the 4 point inspection which she was able to help me to understand and to try to alleviate any of the issues before we were presented with an offer.
