My husband and I purchased a home in FL from out of state. Edmond guided us through the process in a very professional, comprehensive and personable way. His knowledge of the local area and the FL real estate process was key to us purchasing our home. He was our eyes and ears on the ground who never hesitated to send us videos of the property whenever necessary. We were quite pleased with how he represented our interest with the builder. We highly recommend him for all of your real estate needs.

KT is the most amazing realtor. She is patient, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and supportive, helping clients find exactly the perfect property. KT walked me through the process of buying my very first home and never let me feel alone in the process. Now I am in my dream home! I waited so long to stop renting and actually own my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased! KT is exactly the kind of realtor everyone is looking for but often cannot find.
