I live in New England and met Julie through a realtor site to see a condominium that I was interested in purchasing in Florida. She showed me that condo and several more after that. She always stayed focused and only showed me properties that matched my requests. When we found a condo that was perfect for me, Julie was very effective with managing the purchase and sale. Even though the negotiation was complicated, she demonstrated a nice blend of compassion for the seller and professionalism for the business at hand. Katrina=10/10

When we first met Katrina, she explained that her job is more service than sales. She proved that time and again with her thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Katrina would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Katrina also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us! Even though throughout the process there was some hoops we have to jump through.... Katrina always saved the day!!
