Many problems came up with the sale from the buyers sides. Amy Miller had amazing paatience, working with 5 buyers, the VA and buyer's realtors who sometimes gave their clients a lack of information, and did not really help them. She worked overtime straightening things out and finally got this difficult sale done.

I can’t even describe how wonderful Darleen was through the whole sale process! Her help was invaluable in not only selling my dad’s condo but she also went above & beyond in her services in so many ways! Darleen was amazing with my father & visited his assisted living facility so he didn’t need to go anywhere- she took care of everything. (Even took my dad for a haircut!) She was a godsend for a daughter who couldn’t physically be there. A POA was eventually needed (after the sale) & Darleen took care of that as well! I will recommend her services to all my friends & family in the future.
