We chose Roseann not just from a referral but also because of her connections. We didn’t realize just how important her connections would be, given that we were selling a house in Florida while living in New York. Roseann acted as a general contractor to hire a her contacts with a roofer, a handyman, a painter, an HVAC contractor, a pool repairman, an electrician, a golf cart salesperson, and a team of gardeners in order to get the house in a like new condition and find a buyer and take care of anything noted from the buyers inspection - all of her connections charged half of what I expected. I honestly do not think any other realtor would have acted as a general contractor to this extent in order to make the sale happen !!!!!

Natalia made buying a house hassle free and easy, in a field with many inferior and less experienced agents. I found my dream house after only looking at few houses. From the beginning to the end she had all the information, all the connections, and all the answers to the many questions I had. I highly recommend her if you want someone who truly knows how to get things done.
