David Small was chosen because of his expertise in Lake Front properties. He did an outstanding job of setting the listing price and giving us ideas on how to set up our home for sale. He was very aggressive, in a pleasant and professional way and sold our home in about 40 days. We are very happy with his service and would highly recommend him to others and already have as a matter of fact!

Heather was extremely helpful with her knowledge, availability to answer any question or find out the answers for us. She will help you even after the sale if you ever need any help with resources in your area. I will recommend her to all of my friends in the future on buying a home. Her whole team was wonderful and very punctual with responses.

Denise is super knowledgeable of the market. She truly listened to what we said and found us just that! We were looking for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house. Some of the features we wanted in our new home were the vinyl plank floor throughout the house, big windows for good natural lighting, tall ceilings ideally, white walls, and white cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. You could tell we were super picky. Denise got us JUST THAT and MORE!!! She knew my girlfriend works from home, and this house came with a designated office space. We absolutely fell in love with this house at first sight. I recommend Denise to anyone looking to buy a house. She will introduce you to your dream home. On top of all the great things I mentioned, Denise also stayed on top of everything to make our experience as smooth and quick as possible, and she gave us the most beautiful housewarming gift. We are eternally grateful!
