If it wasn’t for Pete and his knowledge of real estate we wouldn’t have gotten this house. When it looked like the insurance company wouldn’t insure the home because of the roof and the seller wasn’t budging on replacing it. Pete came up with an alternative way of paying for the roof at closing so that our offer could go through! Pete did such a wonderful job with everything. He helped us with that.
