He took into consideration all of my wishes, as well as, great locations within the St. Petersburg area. At each house viewing, he listed notes on all my likes and concerns, then incorporated this information to locate other houses that I might like. He was on spot with presentations of houses that I would consider. When I decided on the house I wanted, he took charge in negotiations with the seller to obtain the best price and followed up on every aspect of the process.  He made sure I understood every phase and this process  very easy for me. Ron went above and beyond. He was viewing houses for me while I was still in NY unable to get to Florida to look for a home. I would send a list and go visit it and take pictures. He made suggestions, And when I was able to get down here anytime I wished to see a residence, he did not hesitate to make an appointment to view it. Very helpful.
