After connecting with several real estate agents within the last 3 years I became disenfranchised with teaming with any and all agents. But it just so happened that Joe wrote to me one early Sunday morning via a small neighborhood website and I actually got a chuckle out of it because as a previous recruiter/sales trainer myself that would have been exactly my approach...simple, honest, and non-traditional. All the other agents stalked me with an almost "scammer" type demeanor (misleading texts, phone calls, and emails). But he exceeded all of my expectations and then some. Very knowledgeable, very hands-on, took charge immediately of all of the renovations, and spent many hours himself (along with his wife!) doing repairs/painting and not hesitating to use his own funds to purchase materials to get the repairs completed. Joe also has a great sense of humor even in the midst of some of the most time-crunching stressful moments that one has when preparing to sell a house. He saved me thousands of dollars in renovation and repairs and he advised and educated me on the proper and best way to sell your home. But nonetheless he always reiterated that no matter what.. the final decision was always mine. My house sold quickly and for a great price and I owe it all to him. You are without a doubt the best of the best!

I met Simone during an open house she was hosting. She was the last of 8 open houses I attended. That day was not only a search for potential properties, but a realtor as well. I am glad I didn't select anyone until the end of the day, as they say, save the best for last. Simone was super responsive, following up immediately after the showing, and coming back with answers or follow ups as promised. She made me feel like I was her only client. She shared info about the property, the area and the market in general. I never felt like I was being pressured or deceived. She kept me informed every step of the process. I plan to stay in touch on a personal level and I will definitely recommend and use her again.
