We could not have asked for a better realtor. Autumn is endlessly knowledgeable, organized, “on-it,” personable, professional, polished, ethical, responsive, and was able to juggle multiple deadlines, crises, and obstacles for us, all while making it look effortless, and serving as a sympathetic, constructive guide and sounding board when disasters happened. We worked with her for a little over six months (and one-and-a-half contracts accepted and many more submitted) and when she came to our closing, it was bittersweet, because although we’ve found a home we love, it meant that we won’t be meeting up with Autumn several times a week for showings. The quality of Autumn’s representation was so excellent, it should serve as a benchmark that other realtors should aspire to. Selling our home was complicated by the fact that 1) we needed to sell the house after we left it and 2) we we're really undecided as to when we wanted that to happen.
