We were lucky enough to have Rod represent us in our home sale. Even after we moved to another state, we felt secure leaving it in his capable hands. His response time was impeccable, and even though we certainly weren’t his only client, his consideration and timely handling in any matters that came up allowed us to be worry-free.

In a slow market we felt we were well advised ae to local pricing and time on market.

Mr. Mayhew was critical in getting me my first home.. He was there through every step of the process, with advice and support.
