Khairi Salah is a hard working and extremely knowledgeable agent who will get you the best possible price for your listing, or if you are purchasing he will make sure you are getting a good value and not overpaying. I have dealt with him for both types of transactions and was very fortunate to have him on my side. Selling my property he quickly got me a price far above what I was expecting, however he had done his market research and was able to justify that price to the buyers. He made all the arrangements for showings including dealing with my tenants, making everything extremely easy and stress-free for me. He is extraordinary at multi-tasking and can handle many complicated matters simultaneously. You'll never be out of touch with him as he actually answers his phone, seemingly at all hours, and responds to emails immediately. I highly recommend Khairi Salah!

I was trying to sell my house by owner because I felt I had the experience and it was a sellers market. I had several realtors walk thru my house and try to convince me to list it with them. Catalina came to preview the house for potential buyers and never pressured me to list it with her. I was impressed with how she presented herself, the tips and suggestions. I even told her when she left, that if I were going to list my house it would be with her. In a week I decided that Catalina was the person to list it. Great choice she is a hard full time dedicated realtor that goes above her job and stays on top of everything. I have bought and sold many houses she is by far the best realtor I have had!
