My house is sold! & Even though I'd never been a part of a house sale before it was seamless and easy because of Robyn and her team's expertise and helpfulness. I was going through a lot of life changes and was so stressed and scattered. Robyn was patient and kind, using her knowledge and resources to help me sell my house as-is! (Other than replacing the roof- which she took care of getting quotes for me and getting me the best price!) I am so grateful for the work she did getting my house prepared for sale, setting up showings, then negotiating the best deal for me, and being there every step of the way to answer all of my questions and even let my dog out a few times when I wasn't able to be home for appointments! Not only did I have a great experience selling my house but I made a friend for life! Let me start off by saying I ABSOLUTELY LOVE JAMMIE! She made my first home buying experience so memorable ! I could tell that she genuinely had my children and myself best interest at heart! Professional, Knowledgeable, Caring and Stern when needed. Any time of the day I needed her she was right there to answer any and every question/concerns, even my repeated ones lol. Jammie made this process a breeze for me and I’m so thankful for her services! She even surprised my children with a welcome home gift of a big beautiful trampoline in our new back yard , which they love so much . She definitely did her black girl magic 🪄.
