Working with Kim was a wonderful experience and truly a dream come true. Kim was referred to me by a close friend and it was one of the greatest references someone has given me. Her knowledge and years of experience really reflected when we started house hunting. She was so informative along the way and made herself available whenever we needed her. She was very honest with the homes we toured and made us feel very protected. When you are the buyer and you are dreaming of leaving your lease for a purchasing your first home, you can easily get lost in imagination and Kim grounded us in the best way. She knew the amount of work some homes we toured would take in order for them to be livable and that kind of insight lead us to a beautiful home that took no extra money our of our pockets to fix up. Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases you will make and Kim is truly someone you want by your side when it comes time to researching, negotiating, and closing. She is so sincere and friendly, but, make no mistake, she is a fighter and will go to bat for you. Her professionalism is unmatched and we can't thank her enough.
