Lana is an amazing agent with knowledge, experience and a desire to find the best result for her clients. Working with Lana was a pleasure and she helped us navigate all the twists and turns of the home buying process. It’s a process that’s relies on trust, and you absolutely trust that Lana has your best interests in mind.

A family member referred us to De’ Erika Watson and working with her was one of the best decisions we made during our home-buying journey. From our first conversation through closing and even afterwards she provided exceptional service, guidance, and support. Because we were relocating to Florida, many of our interactions took place by phone. Despite the distance, De’ Erika made us feel informed, comfortable, and confident every step of the way. She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to answer questions. She kept us updated throughout the process and ensured communication flowed smoothly among the lender, title company, inspectors, and everyone involved in getting us to the closing table. What stood out most was her attention to detail and advocacy on our behalf. During one home viewing, she immediately identified concerns with the condition of the yard and addressed them with the seller’s agent. Thanks to her diligence and negotiation skills, we received funds at closing to have the work completed ourselves. Even after closing, De’ Erika continued to be an incredible resource. She connected us with trusted professionals from her network, including handymen, painters, and home security specialists, making our transition into our new home much easier. Her commitment to her clients clearly extends beyond the sale itself. De’ Erika consistently went above and beyond, often responding seven days a week when we had questions. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. We have absolutely no complaints and would gladly recommend De’ Erika to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially those relocating from another state. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for our family. Don’t wait, call De’ Erika Watson, you won’t regret it.
