Jennifer is professional, very knowledgeable of both her craft and the market, and is truly willing to go the extra mile, especially in working with difficult buyers. Actually, Jennifer helped us with the purchase of our new home and then assisted in helping us listing and selling our previous home. We had not sold a home in 30 years, but Jennifer walked us through every step we needed to follow , not only and helping us understand what we needed to prepare our home for selling, but also helping us once we got a contract in negotiations, and then working with bit of a difficult to please buyer. We can’t say enough about Jennifer Clark and the assistance she can bring to any buyer or seller of a property. It is my understanding that she also can assist someone in renting their property, and I’m sure that she does a professional job of that as well.

Julie Ann Stavn sold our family’s waterfront condo quickly and efficiently in a very unusual market situation. After Hurricane Helene there was an abundance of waterfront condos for sale yet Julie Ann featured the unique qualities of our unit in the photos and description. Her communication with us was always quick and super helpful. Her knowledge of the area and real estate market proved invaluable - she helped us price our unit perfectly. We live far from the property and Julie Ann helped us organize a moving company and storage service before our sale. She went WAY above and beyond as our realtor - she did everything we would do if we were there to get ready for a sale. She was like a good friend yet we just met her. There is no way I can express how grateful we are to her. Julie Ann arranged for a title company and notary to close the sale even though we live 1000 miles away. This property had been in our family for 43 years and we were devastated to have it destroyed by the hurricane. Julie Ann Stavn made a difficult transition so easy for our family. We will always use and recommend Julie Ann for all real estate transactions in the future. She is extremely smart, kind, and efficient. Julie Ann Stavn is an incredible realtor and exceptional person. We feel unbelievably fortunate to have found her.
