We truly could not have asked for a better Realtor or experience with Chris! We worked with him for nearly a year, and throughout the entire process he was incredibly communicative, patient, and always seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even thought to ask. Because we were navigating much of the process from afar, having someone we could completely trust to step in and help when we couldn’t be there was invaluable. He showed us quite a few properties, was wonderful and patient with our kids, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. When we finally found the right home, he was instrumental during the negotiation process and continued to go above and beyond, even helping us think through design decisions for our new construction home. Chris genuinely cared about getting our family into the right home, not simply completing a transaction. We are incredibly grateful for everything he did for us and would recommend him without hesitation.

Susan was always available when we had questions or concerns. She helped us from the beginning of our search for a new home, and continues to be there even after we closed. She helped with recommendations for the financing and inspections. She went above and beyond what our expectations were in a Real Estate Agent. We would never have been able to find our dream home without her knowledge and help.

My husband and I had a great experience with Amire in purchasing our new home. Amire was on top of things and explained everything to us including explaining about HOA and CDD fees as well as pointing out flood zone areas and what that would mean for insurance. She was right there setting up home viewings and writing up bids as we needed. Sometimes We got a little discouraged but she actually offered encouragement to us and said we would find the house that was right for us. We did and it’s great. I love the house. Thanks to Amire.

Teri helped us a lot buying our condo from out if state. She called or texted me almost every day. Helping us through every step of the purchase. She even called me the morning she was having surgery. She made it easy to understand. She is very dedicated and trustworthy. It was a pleasure working with her. We now consider her a friend.
