Realtor Bobby Foxworth, did a great job...She is very pleasant to work with, patient, trustworthy, highly motivated, very knowledgeable, and was always in communication with me. I am very happy with her service of expertise... for my decision-making, with the selling of a house in 2018, and also with the selling of a property lot in July 2020. So I highly recommend her to EVERYONE... looking into buying/selling a house/property lot. Thank you so much! Terrance Nelson

She is the definition of real estate knowledge, Nellie has provide it my property search not just residential but investment .I find myself with no stress since she is able and capable to cover all the needs on my purchasing journey. I will continue doing my real-estate purchasing with Nellie

We bought our house through Taylor when we moved to the Tampa area. He was awesome to work with; quick to jump on any opportunities and worked hard to get us the best possible value for our home purchase. He was not pushy at all to just make a sale, but made us feel completely comfortable in our search and wanted to find us the best home for us. And so, when it was time to move out of state, it wasn’t even a question for us regarding who we were going to use! Once again, Taylor (and his team) were outstanding. When selling, Taylor immediately came to the house and let us know what we would need to work on and what his expectations were for us to list at. Taylor and his team quickly had beautiful photos taken, our house listed, and an open house set up. We accepted an offer in less than a week for more than we expected. We would definitely recommend Taylor as a realtor to buy or sell!
