We bought our house through Taylor when we moved to the Tampa area. He was awesome to work with; quick to jump on any opportunities and worked hard to get us the best possible value for our home purchase. He was not pushy at all to just make a sale, but made us feel completely comfortable in our search and wanted to find us the best home for us. And so, when it was time to move out of state, it wasn’t even a question for us regarding who we were going to use! Once again, Taylor (and his team) were outstanding. When selling, Taylor immediately came to the house and let us know what we would need to work on and what his expectations were for us to list at. Taylor and his team quickly had beautiful photos taken, our house listed, and an open house set up. We accepted an offer in less than a week for more than we expected.
